1. first, i want to say, why worry about young hindi film fans ? if you keep thinking about them you will get vanished in anger. no point to think about those fans.

no question about ritwik's richness, while he is being re-discovered today, but how many people knew him ? yes, if ritwik got a chance to remake his creation in english, it would have been the most violent end of a creator... caz, those films can not be made for it's structural atmosphere, like a creator can not re-make his same creation again.

but, here it's a case to case variation... yet, it's difficult. it won't reach the level of 'autograph' - can't be... because a film can't be the same, you have to change it in structure, so 'autograph' won't be duplicated, it will be another version of 'autograph'.

as far as teenagers are concern i don't know how many heads you knocked, but there is a huge black hole. a person can culture him/herself only cross through the different fields of art and reading which is really under a BIG '?' ...
